Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Kismet Wonders LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below for returns, refunds, and replacements.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted on eligible products within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (All Products): If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days. We will provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you. Clear photos of the issue and packing slip are required.
- Non-Defective Items (Trendsi Products Only): We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Not Returnable
- Printify (made-to-order) items, except if defective or damaged.
- Gift cards, downloadable products, personalized items, and items marked "final sale."
- Items showing wear, use, or damage caused after delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you may request a refund or replacement on eligible items within the return window.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@kismetwonders.store within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Item name or SKU
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging/label
For Trendsi returns, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.
Return Shipping & Labels
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns (Trendsi products). If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of the remedy (refund or replacement). Printify issues typically do not require a physical return.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected, or after defect approval for Printify items. Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel orders once they enter production or fulfillment. If you have a concern, please contact us immediately at hello@kismetwonders.store.
