Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kismet Wonders LLC. The details below explain our processing and shipping practices so you know what to expect after placing an order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order items may take an additional 2–4 business days before shipping. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Many of our products are fulfilled through partners including Printify and Trendsi. Carriers are selected based on product type, origin, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days after processing
  • Canada: 7–14 business days after processing
  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days after processing

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, peak volumes, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. From time to time, we may offer free-shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated when applicable.

Taxes, Duties, and Fees

U.S. orders include applicable state sales tax. International customers (e.g., Canada, New Zealand) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees assessed by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available) so you can follow your delivery progress.

Address Changes and Undeliverable Packages

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify addresses after an order has entered fulfillment. Packages returned as undeliverable or refused may be subject to reshipment fees. If a reshipment is requested, we will invoice the additional shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and New Zealand. Some products may not be eligible for delivery to certain regions due to carrier or supplier limitations. We do not ship to freight-forwarding addresses for warranty or return eligibility.

Processing and Delivery During Peak Periods

During holidays and promotional periods, processing and delivery times may extend. We appreciate your patience during these peak times.
